    Hi everyone
I am handrearing 3 budgies at the moment and they are starting to fly.
The smalest one all of the sudden got runny faecies and I know this can be deadly for a baby bird.
He eats the same handrearing formulare as the others and they are all fine.
He also appeares to be thinnes than the others and he eats the same amount as the others sometimes even more.
    He is very active.
How can I cure his runny stomach?
Please any advice will be highly apreciated :)

Hi are you giving them warm water each time you feed them
    this helps flush the crop.

When handfeeding as the birds get older you need to make it thicker.
The chick that is thinner and has watery poop needs to be fed more than the others.

What i do when handfeeding is wether i use a spoon or syringe i will give them so much then give them warm water and then give more food and then some more water this helps the food digest correctly.

What handfeeding food are you using i use either EMP or CeDe egg food which has all the essential vitamins and minerals that the chicks need.

Since the birds are starting to fly this would make them around 4-6weeks of age and should start each on there own.
Why have you been hand feeding these chicks as budgies are usually excellent parents and there chicks do not need hand feeding.
