My bulldog puppy is 7 months old and I had her spayed 10 days ago.
A week after the op she has started to bleed as if she is in season. I have taken her back to the vet who examined her thoroughly, gave her 2 injections and put her on a course of anti biotics. I intend taking her back if the bleeding does not stop within the next day or so. I am quite concerned that something may have ruptured internally, am I being neurotic? She has no temperature, is eating well and is quite active. Has anyone had a similar experience and can offer advice?

Hmm, if she was too active after spay she could have a little tearing inside where the historectomy was performed. Most Vets remove entire uterus and overies and end it right around vaginal/cervix area.

Depending on how much she's bleeding and if its bright red (fresh) blood or if its darker old blood would determine what could be going on. It could just be residual bleeding. I've had one female that was sooo active and she did leak a bit after her spay. I reccomend having her examined if its more than just a spot or two.
