Someone Posted before about Dr. Esley's Precious Cat kitty litter...

Mary knows this already, but I'm having a problem with Sierra...The one whos been thinking "outside the box" lately and urinating on thing such as blankets and my boyfriends clothes.
Well, I picked up a larger litter pan(they're growing too fast!) and a 20lb bag of Dr. Esley's Cat Attract, which has some special herb to attract cats to their litter box. Well, so far its worked wonders! When I first got it home, both kittens where super interested in it. They where sniffing around in the box, laying down in the litter(dont know if thats good or bad, but they didnt do it before), and of course, digging around and using the box like good kitties! And the litter clumps really nicely. Nice and tight and doesn't fall apart when you're scooping.
It's alittle on the expensive side for litter(12-13 US dollars for a 20lb bag), but it more than worth it when you dont have to clean up after your cats "accidents". I reccomend it for anyone who's having trouble litter training their kitten, or has a cat that's stopped using the litter box.
    Dr. Esley's is awesome!

Good to know! My grandmother is having some problems with Prince Harry urinating out of the box too. I was going to suggest Cat Attract for her to try....it great to hear an actual review on it. :y_the_best:

  never heard of it...but then again we get only the standard stuff around here.
My fosters have clumping litter and it appears my cats prefer it, so we are switching this weekend from clay to clumping.
It's okay but when I do the boxes the dust gets me sneezing....the box may say 99% dust-free but they are only teasing.
I'm glad everything is working out with the new litter....life w/cats is good again huh LOL :y_the_best:

precious cat litter is what i just started using...they also make the "cat attract" litter. i love it. it is dust free and hypoallergenic. i mix mine with crystals and its even better, in my opinion. but...i dont think you use scented crystals if you have litterbox problems.

but i agree...i think its the very best clumping. and very little if any dust. :D

Mary's a poet and she dont even know it!
Yeah, I'm hoping this will be the one that ends all. But if she's still doing it by this weekend, I'll probably have to take her to the vet to get tested for UTI. But Im hoping I just have a super picky kitten.

While I was there, I was looking around at the other litters...And man do people come up with weeeeeeeeird stuff! I saw this stuff that where pine pellets. Looked like rabbit pellet food. I was like.."Man, if they have that as kitty litter, I might as well rip some bark off the tree outside...or just rip up some toilet paper and put it in there." How do cats like that stuff?
And the dust thing, BOY do I know about that. I bought some stuff that was 99.9% dust free...YEAH RIGHT. It had me choking there was so much dust in the air. And I kept getting complaints from my room mates about the smell.

But I put a huge amount of that litter in the pan and I dont think I saw any dust.

now that would fall under the guise of poetic injustice LOL

I tried the pine litter once with Zeus was he was a babe.....won't do that again. The thing the bag doesn't tell you is mice for some odd reason seem to like the pine litter. I had mice tearing through my trash to get into the bags only containing the "droppings" from the pine litter. It was weird.

Lol's! The Precious litter really is dust free. I poured a 40 lb. bag into a bucket and there was no dust. I was blow away! The litter chunks are a little larger than the other brands but the kitties don't seem to mind. :p It's good stuff! :y_the_best:
