Ok, new tank, bought WITH fish which will come out for transferral.

    1) save some water
    2) add ammonia (?)
    3) save medium
    4) add bacteria starter fluid

Anything else to make the cycling process HELLA fast?

    1) Saving the water won't help much since there's very little bacteria free swimming in the water.

    2) Don't add ammonia if there's already fish in the tank.

    3) This will help alot. I've completely bypassed the cycling process by using established media.

    4) Depends on the product you use (the only one I recommend is BioSpira) and if it has been handled properly, but yes, this could work.

I've instant cycled a new 10 gallon tank by doing water changes on my other tanks and using established filter media. Added fish that day without any hint of a problem after 2 months now.
