well, took him in today with no trouble... he's such a great little guy at the vets.

he was weighed and came in at a hearty 3 1/2 pounds.

vet said he was looking perfect (aside from his obvious afflictions) he didnt give me as muh trouble as i thought about not wanting the rabies shot.

Vet had contacted 'specialists' about Raz's disability, and they said by the time when he comes in for his neuter, if his eyes arent discharging worse then what they are then we should be able to leave them alone. but if the discharge gets worse i should seriously consider getting the procedure done........ it's gonna be a personal call i think in the end.

anyways, my little furry monster did well. vet said i was doing everythng perfectly. *chuckles* (was there really any doubt? lmao)

soo soo sooo sooo sooo.....so sweet....!!!  :D

well...i hope he does well. i read about his problem on the internet, way back when...and found alot of references to the eye surgery. it seems to be a rather common thing with dogs that have eye problems....

the posts i read on forums, and on vet sites...didnt make it seem that extreme. it just sounds extreme if you have never heard of the procedure. but its expensive i would imagine.

i mean...if you trust your vet...i would go with the vets recommend. or get a second opinion. if they are good, then their recommend is usually in the best interest of the furbaby. :0011:

well, let's hope it doesnt have to be done... :? :(

but i will not turn an ignorant ear to the vets and their recomendations either... i want whats best for Razzy in the end.

nern, he's about a week away from being 4 months old now. *sniff* my little mans growing up so fast.

lol thank u Bente, i try really hard. hehe
