ive had my oscar since 99... and asia since maybe 2003... now the thing is is that ive recently moved into a new house with roomates and he has 3 cats of his own... thats 5 cats for this 1 lill house...
the problem though is that oskar has started peeing everywhere... on my school bag, my friends suitcase, clothes, on the carpet...
hes never had this problem before and its really starting to become bothersome to my roomates...
i dont know what to do or think...

any one have any ideas... please help

first you need to rule out a medical problem such as a urinary tract infection cause that'll require antibiotics.
If that's clear it's probably behaviorial/stress related. How did you go about introducing the cat to the other cats? Did you isolate your cats for a couple of weeks and do a slow introduction or did you just toss them all together?
Also with behaviorial you could use a Feliway diffuser it helps a cat to relax and people have good results with them in dealing with peeing issues.

I agree with Mary. In the meantime, I would keep this cat separated from the others in a single room with his own litterbox.
