my red colbat turned white today. i have no idea how it happened. is it normal? well my rock structure did collapse on him. luckly my bro was down there when it happened and moved the rocks. he is staring to get better . today i am moving him into a 10g hospital tank.

Sounds like he's really stressed from the colapse. Is he swimming okay? Any visible wounds?

he is shreded up on his side and on his head. his fins are shreded. h is swimming fine though. he eats, swims and is going very well. but he turns white and then red. none of the fish pick on him. he is the biggest fish in the tank. i made sure the rocks wont collapse now.

It might be a good idea to treat him with Melafix to help him heal a bit quicker. And keep an eye out for fungus on his wounds.
