Riley loves mopping the floor!

I was cleaning the kitchen floor the other day with a dust mop, and 5 month old Riley grabbed on to the mop and wouldn't let go! He rode all over the kitchen on the dust mop. Crazy kitten!! Every time I bring it out, he thinks he is going to get a free ride. He also doesn't mind the sound of the vacume. He just sits and watches me. If I'm in the basement vacuming, he comes down to watch. He has found a new favorite perch to sit in and watch from: a large Christmas tree that's in storage in the basement. He has knocked some branches off on the floor, and I found out the other day he brings things from upstairs down to the basement, and hides them in the branches that have fallen on the ground. I found an empty pill bottle, an unopened fly strip, and a plastic ball of his tucked away under the branches!

 Too funny. Silly kitty. My kitties are afraid of the vacuum cleaner.

Smokey runs if he sees me bring the vacume out, Boo doesn't mind it unless I get to close to her. Riley, I have to be careful I don't roll him over and suck him up, lol!!!

That's funny. Juliet doesn't mind the vacuum either. She actually finds the whole process kind of interesting. I remember when her and Romeo (R.I.P.) were kittens, they would attack the broom when I "tried" to sweep. Believe me trying to sweep with two kittens attacking the broom, takes a long time.
