Hi Sam just thought would give you an update on Mitzy, The vet took biopsy from the lump in her mammary and he said it look fatty and oily but there was some material that should not have been there.
Also the lumps on her back are some sort of bacterial infection cause from an insect bite, She never had fleas and he never saw any evidence of fleas so i have no idea what could have bitten her.

He has put her on antibiotics for 10days but said she may need them for a little longer than 10days but will wait to see how she gets on.

I have to wait a few days for results.

H just an update on mitzy her results came back from the Lab and she has a lymphoma which is just a fatty lump.
I am so relieved that it wasnot somethng serious like the vet first thought.

Just thought i would let everyone know.

    Glad to hear it!

Have you tried the oatmeal shampoo??? a benzyl peroxide shampoo once a week may help alot with the bacterial infection on her back too

We don't have the oatmeal shampoo over here as no petstore stocks it and most have never heard of it.

So i got some byotrol shampoo with evening primrose oil in it and her skin is fantastic everything has cleared up great.
She also now only has a 2inch thick coat as she had it cut to allow her skin to breathe properly.
