Seeking help for cat

I'm wondering if anyone out there has had the same problem I am having with my cat. He is a little over a year old and seems to be having a lot of muscular, joint and spine problems. He has been to the vet 3 times for the same problem. It seems his pelvis gets out of wack. He can't walk normally. He tends to hop or walk bow-legged when it happens. There doesn't appear to be any trauma related to this. He was adjusted by the vet. After a few days he starts to walk normally again. This last episode he started walking normally then after a few days he started limping on his front left paw. That cleared up after a day or 2 then he started limping on his front right leg. Again I can't attribute any trauma to these symptoms. He has been eating and drinking fine. When this all started he had blood work and that came back normal. Has anyone had anything like this happen to their cat? The vet says it's like he has lymes disease but cats don't get lymes disease. So she's not sure what's going on either.

I couldn't read and not post. Sorry you're going through this. The only advice I have for you is to get a second opinion from a different vet.

Hi and welcome to Auspet. I also agree with Halaroo. You should go see another vet. You may like your vet, but she doesn't seem to know what is wrong and that is not fair to your cat. Right now your cat could really use a diagnosis and treatment. I hope another vet will be able to help you.

vets also used to say cats didn't get heartworm...but that has recently been proven wrong also.
I'd get a 2nd opinion and insist they test for Lyme's
