Someone who can make a Graphic Signature

Hey does anyone on here know how to make signatures with the pics of their pets? i don't have the kind of program to do it. Im going to post some pics and if you cam make one fore me that would be great . Thank you thank you.

I think the artist in her has taken over, and is only allowing her to paint and not to waist time on the computer, lol! :mrgreen:
