The Boys go to Camp Canine Tomorrow

Tomorrow I take the boys down for a weeks stay at Camp Canine.

Hopefully they WILL want to come home after a week of lounging around the pool.
The owner just sent me an email asking if the boys got along with small dogs and kittens. I had to say they have never met a kitten and at the dog park the small dogs are in a separate area so all they meet are dogs their size or larger. I told her to just monitor them closely if she introduces them to the kittens.
My prediction is that Freckles will be scared of them and Duke will bark his head off like they do at backyard squirrels.
Were heading out to Seattle/Vancouver B.C for the week. Can't wait to get to some cool weather.

a little bright spot on katrina pets

GMA showed this morning dogs being reunited with their owners,

and that with the new mandetory evacuations, they are letting people bring their pets, its nice to see a some positive things on the news about the animals

 

That's just so cool it makes ya want to shed a tear or two.
