the day has comr finially

as you know I have been trying to get my birds on pellets from last oct.
well a few days ago i desided to do this

I took out the seed/pellet dish & threw it away I than only put the pellets back into the cage all day & you know what the birds were eating the pellets!!! it was so hard to tell befor if they were eating the pellets befor because I would find pellets on the bottom of the cage & empty seed hull in the dish so I thought that they were droping the pellets to get to the seeds well no more
I put a dish just of seeds In at night time but during the day they are eating the pellets I'm so happy

Just a quick question...

My budgies are always throwing their seed husk out of their cage. Did you find less of a mess when you switched to pellets?

 

yes i do i still give them seeds only at night & it is on a plate on the botom of the cage
