poor old girl...still force feeding her but she did show some interest in chicken tonight. We had boneless/skinless baked chicken and I saved a plain piece for her and ran it through the food processor. She sniffed it (first time she's sniffed any food) and licked her chops!!! I'm going to put some in her mouth when I'm done with this post and see if she chews it up or spits it out.

Oh my! She is precious! I love her color, it's very unique. and i lover her blue eyes!
I hope she starts eating on her own soon. Did she eat the chicken or spit it out?

Dora deemed the chicken unacceptable *sigh* Sadie dawg liked it so I hope it's not my cooking

So back to syringe feeding tonight. I'm waiting approval from the rescue to get her checked by my vet...I want their opinion on this too.

She's sweet though...my son was brushing her and she really enjoys that. She likes to rub her face and chin on the brush :D so at least we are doing something she likes.

Hi Mary. She's beautiful. It can be so frustrating to have a sick kitty. You want so much for them to get well. Has she had a bowel movement yet? I sure hope this pretty girl feels better soon. After all she has been through she deserves to at least feel well. :(

She's sooo pretty! It's heart wrenching. That she showed an interest in the chicken is a good sign though.
