To curl or not to curl, that is the question?!?

Just wondering for those of you with shih poos, do their tails curl up? My friend and I both have shih poos and I must admit, although I LOVE MY BABY...I have curl envy. Her pups tail curls up so cute, and the closest my babys comes is sticking straight up! So who's curls and whos doesnt? Rascal is 16 1/2 weeks, is it too late to still curl? OK thats all!!
PS the potty training is coming along nicely, not perfect....but I know he is getting the hang of it now!!

    That's a cute question! LOL

Both of mine curl.... Baxter (the puppy)'s curls a lot more than Bailey's (almost a full circle)... and Bailey's curls a little :) hehe
