Totally inexcusable Police officer

    San Marcos TX police officer stop that may be responsible for dogs death.

    I am sorry, but a verbal reprimand is not sufficient punishment. Suspension without pay would have seemed more appropriate based on the circumstances and this officers total regard toward these people and this poor little dog.
