I have an older dog he is a dashound and found out that he has worms I treated him with a canine dewormer fengendazole what i would like to know is how does he discard the worms after treatment. I have followed the instructions cleaning his bedding and water dish and so on but will he discard them during his bowel movements or if some other way i really would like to know. Thanx for your time

    Do you mean fenbendazole?

The worms should come out with the stool, if theres a heavy infestation then you may see then brought up in vomit (you might see that with a heavy infestation whether hes been dewormed or not though). With tapeworms you might see the segments around the anus.
