Vianne hits the road!

Vianne and I took a little road trip from Florida up to South Carolina a couple weeks ago and i just wanted to share a couple pics from the trip





That is my nephew Christopher that she is staring at, lol. She wasn't quite sure what to make of him. This was actually her second trip up there, but this time it was just me and her, no ratties. She seems to really like my sisters house, makes herself right at home as soon as we walk in the door! :mrgreen:

The drive up there is about 8.5 hrs. You can see in the second pic that she had a nice little set up in the back of the car with her litter box, bed and food dishes, lol. I just stuck her carrier on the floor by the front seat with the door open so she could crawl in when she wanted to and she was pretty comfy, tho she never uses the litter box while i'm driving. One guy even came out and complimented me on her sweet little set up when i stopped for gas. She was pretty good for the whole trip....even played hide and seek with my nephew. She hid and he sought her out! lol

And yes, she is VERY spoiled! The guy at the gas station said so and i told him "Well, she IS an only child!" :mrgreen:

HAHA! Well, what can i say? She's an only and i don't have any kids to spoil. She has a full wardrobe...
i even got her a Harley-Davidson skull cap, lol...and she wears it! She's so well behaved, she deserves it tho.
When it comes to behavior and personality, she is golden.
She can be the feistiest, most playful, and smart cat, yet she is also so gentle.
Even when she plays, she's always very aware of how hard she kicks or "bites"
And she NEVER unsheathes her claws to scratch to smack, even when she's very annoyed.
Did i mention she is also trained to sit, paw, stand up, jump up, get down
and walk on a leash? Our next project is "lay down"
Yep, i do believe i have the perfect kitty. Amazing what you can find at the shelter :mrgreen: And they wanted to put her to sleep! tsk tsk
