Yay! I am so happy
We got him this morning from his foster Mom's house. So far he is getting along really well with our other dog. I would post pics but I am not sure how to. You can see him (Murphy) at http://tinyurl.com/8e9sb

Since they are getting along so well on the first day, does this mean they will continue to get along? They romp and play together soo much. I LOVE it! It makes me so happy to see them happy!

Congrats! He is adorable...love those ears!

Hopefully they will continue to get along great, sometimes attitudes change a bit once the dog is comfortable and more confident but it really depends on the individual dog. Sounds like they are off to great start.

He's much smaller than he appears in the pictures. We were surprised when we went to meet him! He weighs about 8 lbs.
Our other dog Lucy is a toy poodle mix....her Dad is a toy poodle and her Mom is a toy poodle/maltese mix. She weighs about 11-11 lbs. She is a lot taller than him....he's a short little guy ;-)
They are still getting along excellent...I hope it stays like this!

    What a cutie!! Congrats!

Probably they will continue to get along, but there might be a few bumps in the road along the way. Usually, those can be worked out fairly easily when they do happen. Bonnie and Nala have fought twice ever, and both of those times were in the first few months that we got Bonnie and one of them was my fault.

This weekend, I mistakenly left out a bone that I had given Chomper (foster dog) and Nala saw it and wanted it and she and Chomper ended up in a scary-sounding snarly fight. But no one was hurt and as soon as I got them apart I put the bone away and then Nala started asking him to play, LOL. She's so greedy.
