The breeder just emailed me back. THese are the two puppies. THey are 3-4 wks old. THe first one is the larger one. They have a different mother than Indy but the same dad. I'd just like ya'lls opinions.

What cuties! (In the giant sense of the word...)

Do you know anything about their temperaments?

She didn't say anything about their temperments or anything. I am going to email her again.

I don't know anything about picking a good puppy unless there is anything obviously wrong. They both look adorable to me! How am I supposed to choose?!!?

they are so cute! They are smaller than I would imagine, but you can't really tell how big they are.

Very cute. They remind me of the St. Bernard my old neighbors had.

Second one... Seems more willing to please and has an attentive eye...IMO... Independence for such a big dog is not something I'd be looking for unless you have a particular use for it... Precious was more like the first puppy...all pics were of her on the go...not really the "pet me I'll follow you " type...and she's been our hardest dog...

I'd go with the second...very alert, sure of himself, but...wanting to please etc... Seems to be what his eyes and look says in that pic.

Kind of hard to tell by pictures alone. they are both very cute.
Does the breeder offer any kind of info? Like titles of the parnets, OFA of hips and elbows and so on? Try doing a puppy evaluation on them, see which one fits your life style better, which one is more dominant and such. There are some good books out there, and the breeder should be able to match you with the right pup...
    Good luck

Definate cuties, but pics dont show flaws...or health wise...

One thing to think about is in a pic what the dog is doing doesn't refelect his or her TRUE self...Most pics I take of smokey you'd think I was killing him.... LOL...

The second pup is what I'd lean more too... looks like he just got finished eating something. Or he's gota bad cold...

The first pup is still very young, I think possibly 3 weeks?? So its hard to choose from pups that are differing in ages. But which ever you choose, GOod luck!
