where can i get a pirahna?

I was just wondering where i can get a pirahna.. .i've always wanted one and i have no clue where i can pick one up. i was also wondering what kind of equipment i need to own one of these lovely creatures! i would appreciate any help!

well i got mine at a local pet store and at a specialized fish store were they only sell fish and fish equipment!
you will need ovoulsy a tank and well as you probibly know they do get perdy darn big! you will need gravel. flilter, heater, (to controle temp) and if u go to your local fish store/pet store they should if they are any good let you know on everything u need and more! you will probibly get a red belly for they are farly comon but u can get just plain but the black ones are very rare and in some places elegal to sell! but iwish you luck and have have fun!

 

The first thing you need to do is find out if they're legal in your state. If you're having a really difficult time finding some, chances are they're illegal.

why do u seem to think he's from the states you do relize that there are alot of people from canada on here and the US is not the only country that is connected to the internet dont you?!?!

It says he's from Langley. There's a Langley in Virginia which is in the US

It could just be that she's used to using state, not Province. When my family visits from the US they always say State and not Province.

 

I'm sorry if I offended you, I didn't mean to. A majority of people who use this forum are from the US. So it's not totally off the wall to think that someone could be from the US when they don't give a specific location.
