    Which is the toughest cichlid

I'd say a butracoferi.(Pardon the spelling!) We had 3 in a 100 gal. with assorted agressive cichlids and they started to kill almost half of the fish in the tank, including one of their own kind. They woud chase and attack, water would fly out of the tank and down the walls,on the floor.Needless to say, I had to get rid of the other two! Nano.

I have recently come to the conslusion that if my male kenyi where about 8" - 10" (he's only about 4" which is full grown), I'd be afraid to stick my hand in the tank. He's always biting me when I put my hand in there, but luckily he can't do too much damage because of his size.
