I posted this on a couple other forums I visit, I was really surprised to find this on ebay. Actually when I clicked a link to "pit bull stuff" on ebay this is the first thing that popped up. Most people wouldn't use it but some said its okay or they would even use it. I'm just wondering what most on an all Pit Bull forum would think. I hate the things, they cause damage to the neck. They weight 5-10lbs but people don't believe they look "that heavy" (5-10lbs is a lot of weight on your neck to me). They also make weighted harnesses with some 30lbs of and they have a "backpack" type thing that with weight up to 50lbs. Please tell me this can't be a good. I know a lot of newbies think they really work to stregthen your dog but they only weaken the dog.

If it was just for show and not a real chain I'd stick it on Riot he'd look pretty smart in one of those.....but I wouldn't even put a real chain that big on Riot...100+lbs... Not good at all... Lazy people think it makes their dog stronger.

I don't like the looks of it, nor would I want the neck damage it would case my dog in the long run. I also wouldn't want the back, hip, elbow, etc damage the weighted harness and backpack would cause.

Looks like good craftsmanship, however it also looks like something Cartoon bulldogs wear, you know the ones the thugs draw with the grim reaper or the chic in the bikini with teased hair! LOL....

I agree with Max...it looks like something you would see in a "tough" pit bull picture...I might put one on Annie to get a laugh for a picture...but I would never let her wear something that heavy around..
