Our convict is know almost 8 months old and is about 3 inches long.
We got her in early february and she was about 1-2 inches.

My question is how long does it take for Cons to become full grown? and what is the average female size?

    Thanks

Female cons generally get around 4" (SL). I don't have any personal experience on the growth rate since mine was already around 4 1/2" when I got him, but I've been told that it generally takes around a year for them to reach their full size.
