My pomeranian when she ever smells another dogs poop, she always foam? is that normal? and why is she doing that? I need some advice, thank you. Other than the time she smells it, she never foams or acts weird in any way.

Thats very odd. Maybe she is just excited. Not sure. I have never heard of this behavior before.

Could be excitement. My grandmother used to have a dobe that used to foam when she would run too much or get really excited.

that must be it, also...cuz when she runs into new dogs, she starts to do that, but it makes her seem "sick" is it ever going to go away?

    Thank you

Could be nervse too. Maybe if she is around enough dogs it will cure her. Poepl probably look at her and think is that dog rabid. Do they. One of my poodles with get allergies at the dog parks and after a while get foamy. But its from her nose after licking it so much it starts to foam. Wonder if yours is alleric to other dogs.
