Can anyone give me a rough idea as to how much starting up a saltwater tank would be? I just recently purchased a 70 gallon tank with a stand and am thinking about putting my cichlids in there and turning my 40 gallon into a saltwater tank. What are some items that i need to purchase for the tank to start it up and having it run for a good 3-4 months as well as basic upkeep.

Don't worry I plan on purchasing some books and asking alot of questions of the lfs.
